Add a lead from /leads → New lead. Give them a name, email or phone, and pick the stage (New, Contacted, Trialing, Ready to join, Won, Lost).
Drag between columns to update the stage. Convert a lead to a member from their card → Convert. That copies their profile into Members and closes the lead as Won.
