Settings → AI Assistant lets you pick a provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini) and paste your own API key. Google Gemini has a free tier that covers most small gyms.
Once set, the AI helper answers questions about your gym data, walks you through settings, and offers to open the right page for you. Your API key is stored encrypted at rest; only the last 4 characters are ever displayed.
